Independent Workouts:

Follow your plan 3-4 times a week on your own.

 

Follow-up Sessions:

Additional check-ins after 2 weeks.

Stay connected via phone, message, or video call to discuss your daily workouts and progress. This program is designed to keep you on track and motivated every step of the way!
